Refund Policy

A job-hunt pass is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Full refund within 14 days
If Backedly isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have used 3 or fewer of the pass's analyses. After that, or once more analyses have been used, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or the service did not work.
How to ask
Email support@getbackedly.com from the address you signed up with. You can also contact Paddle, our payment provider, about your order through the link in your receipt email.
What happens next
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank. When a refund is issued, the pass stops working. Your resumes, analyses and PDFs stay in your account until you delete them.
Failed analyses
Failed analyses never count toward your limit, so you do not need a refund for those.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
